Selling St Augustine from the Country to the Coast!

I am proud to say that I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson for over 27 years. I obtained my first Real Estate Salespersons license in 1983 in New York. My husband and I relocated to St. Augustine in 1999 from Long Island, and built on the property that we bought in 1990. We knew even back then that St. Augustine was “the place for us”.
I was born in Brooklyn New York, have been married since 1963 and we raised our two daughters on Long Island. Eventually we got tired of the long cold snowy winters, started taking vacations in Florida and began to fall in love with St. Augustine. We found our property on Trout Creek which has access to the St. Johns River, built a dock on the creek and keep our boat in the back yard. In the evenings after work we can go fishing or crabbing in the River or we can scoot over to the Crab Shack for a quick dinner. It’s very relaxing. We also enjoy the historic district, which is close, and the ocean is not far away either; plus St Augustine offers a change of season. What’s not to enjoy? So I decided to SELL ST. AUGUSTINE FROM THE COUNTRY TO THE COAST!
